Fashion jewelry is unconditionally guaranteed for life!   You may return any costume jewelry item for immediate replacement or repair even if a gem or simulation is missing, and even if damage was caused by your own negligence!   This is the most dramatic jewelry guarantee possible, and we back it 100% for life. Simply return the jewelry item postage prepaid to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365,   with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the item.   Include $7.50 per item to cover cost of handling, return postage, and insurance.   Replacement will include a new Guarantee Certificate.   This guarantee covers all costume jewelry of up to and including $49.95 retail value.   This guarantee does not cover any 10K gold, 14K gold, genuine diamond, sterling silver, or cubic zirconia.

#3 Fine Jewelry Limited Guarantee

  1. Our Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described.
  2. If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within five days of delivery for replacement or full refund.
  3. Jewelry must be returned to Gary Lee Mainster Sales & Service in its original condition, with the original sales slip.

  • Photos were taken under artificial light conditions, so the actual appearance of diamonds, gems, and cubic zirconias may vary. Some jewelry in this site may be enlarged to show detail.
  • Standard ring sizes: Ladies - 5-6-7-8, Men - 9-10-11-12
  • Prices in this site are subject to change due to the fluctuation of precious metals in the international marketplace. Prices for gold items are based on $375/troy ounce.
  • TDW means total diamond weight. (100 points per carat.)
  • TCZW means total cubic zirconia weight.
  • TGW means total gem weight.
  • Diamonds of 5 points or more are "I" quality, full 58-facet cut diamonds. Diamonds that are less than 5 points are of matching quality.
  • Cubic Zirconias are of "1st" quality.
  • Gold items in this site are either 10K-Plumb or 14K-Plumb.
  • Sterling Silver items are 925.

#4 Two-Year Limited Mechanical and LCD Watch Guarantee

We will repair at no charge the mechanism of any watch purchased from us which proves defective within 2 years of purchase date. Simply return the watch postage prepaid to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365, with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the watch. Include $5.00 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage, and insurance. This Guarantee does not cover broken crystals or worn watch bands. To replace either, remit an additional $2.50 for crystal, or leather or plastic watch band with your Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative, or jeweled ladies' watch bands write Customer Satisfaction for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover analog quartz watches (See Guarantee #5). This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantee and service center locations included with each watch.

#5 One-Year Limited Quatz Analog Watch Guarantee

Your quartz analog watch movement is guaranteed for 1 year from date purchased against any failures due to defective materials or workmanship, and will be repaired or replaced* provided the watch has not been abused or subjected to unauthorized repair or modification. To have your watch repaired under this guarantee, simply return the watch with $7.50 per item, to cover handling, return postage, and insurance, along with the Guarantee Certificate to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365. To replace bands or crystals that are broken or worn, remit an additional $2.50 each with your Guarantee Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative, or jeweled ladies' watch bands write Customer Satisfaction for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantees and service center locations included with each watch.

#6 One-Year Mechanical or Quartz Wall Clock Guarantee Certificate

We will repair, at no charge, the mechanism and actual movement of a wall clock if it proves defective within 1 year of purchase date. Simply return the wall clock, postage prepaid and insured to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365 with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the wall clock. Include $12.50 per item to cover cost of handling, return postage, and insurance. This guarantee does not cover any glass or wood facings, nor wall clocks subjected to unauthorized repair, modification, or abuse.

#7 Three-Year Limited Cubic Zirconia Costume Jewelry Warranty

Your Cubic Zirconia costume jewelry is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase date provided the CZ stone is not missing. Simply return the item, postage prepaid and insured, with the Guarantee Certificate and your check or money order for $5.00 per item to cover handling and return insured postage to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365.

#8 One-Year 35mm Camera Limited Warranty

Your 35mm camera is warranted to be free from original defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from purchase date. Note: This warranty does not cover any damage that might be caused by abuse or improper use. Your camera will be repaired or replaced*. Simply return the camera postage prepaid and insured to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365, with the Warranty Certificate, a copy of your invoice or sales receipt and your check or money order for $5.00 per item to cover handling, return postage, and insurance.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gary Lee Mainster Sales and Service within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us and we will guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Gary Lee Mainster Sales and Service does not accept returns of the following items:

Items that are Not Returnable

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Items purchased from sellers other than Gary Lee Mainster Sales and Service.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 30 days of receipt (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Every product in this catalog is shown with a "SUGGESTED RETAIL VALUE." This dollar amount is intended only to provide a general index of the item's value.
